Carbs (carbohydrates!) –
Binging on carbs is one way to make them very unhealthy. Bayer suggests consuming equal amounts of carb foods on a day to day basis. In case you didnt know, carbohydrates are starchy foods made from grains (noodles & breads), potatoes, and sweet stuff. To try and keep your glucose controllable, you need to keep your diet and exercise at a routine – do not put your diabetic metabolism into shock by running a marathon out of the blue, or binging on a whole pan of mashed potatoes.
